Based in San Diego, California, CMR Risk & Insurance Services, Inc. is an independent risk management and human capital consulting firm. Since 2004, they’ve helped their clients implement risk management and employee improvement performance programs to reduce the costs associated with risk and employee benefit programs. Their executive team has over 70 years of in the risk management and insurance brokering fields, and they made Inc. 5000’s 2021 list of America’s fastest-growing private companies.
The Challenge: A New Design for Growth
Mance Creative first began working with CMR Risk & Insurance Inc. when one of our partners, REBL Marketing, approached us to come on board as CMR’s graphic design firm.
Having just onboarded several new partners, CMR wanted to update their branding to more accurately reflect their growing firm. The project included a new website, an update to their current logo, and a whole host of messaging and marketing assets to help them more effectively communicate their brand.
The Solution: Modern, Professional & Personal Design
With the goal of more accurately reflecting who CMR Risk & Insurance Inc. had become, Mance Creative designed their new website to feel both modern and professional, with photos of their team prominently featured to both reflect their recent growth and to create a sense of personal connection with prospective clients. Mance Creative also updated all of their corporate assets to reflect their new brand, including a new logo, business cards, letterhead, and created a style guide so that any future assets created would be on-brand. Finally, Mance Creative designed key marketing assets, such as brochures and PowerPoint templates, so that CMR’s new brand would be consistent across all aspects of marketing and client interaction.
