Key Art Design

IRON show poster

We’re excited to share original key art we designed for Roustabouts Theatre’s West Coast premier of IRON! With the main characters portrayed by real-life mother/daughter team Rosina Reynolds and Kate Rose Reynolds, we had the unique opportunity to explore a variety of exciting designs that toyed with the actresses’ stark resemblance. The final design presents the characters as two halves of one portrait; an homage to the nuance of the mother-daughter bond portrayed throughout the play, as well as the fracturing circumstances at the epicenter of the story. This great shot of the intersection between sand and sea makes a surprising color palette of rich tans, shadowy browns, and an ultra-cool gray. This versatile palette could be used in almost any industry, setting a strong branding foundation for anything from a modern beauty startup to a longstanding accounting firm! Event Artwork

Hairspray screening poster

We’re proud to have been a presenting sponsor of FilmOutSD’s screening of HAIRSPRAY (1988)! In addition to sponsoring the screening, we also had the privilege of designing the original poster for the event, marrying the 1988 poster artwork with FilmOut SD’s signature branding. An event poster requires a design that communicates a lot of important information as quickly as possible, so we used proper contrast, dynamic angles, and appropriate hierarchy to get the job done right. Branding Strategies

CMR branded signage at tradeshow booth

When we design or revamp your business’ logo, we think FAR beyond the brand name! How your logo will be used, how it relates to your competitors, and what it says about your brand is just the tip of the iceberg. When working with CMR Risk & Insurance Services, Inc., we made sure their logo would look amazing at any size by making various mock-ups like the one seen here.
